They will work closely with our team to connect visitors to appropriate stakeholders and provide accurate information with a friendly and helpful demeanor. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to take on various tasks as needed. You will also be involved in seasonal projects, helping maintain our communication platforms, and collaborating with multiple departments across the district.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a call center or related field. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent written and verbal communication, Interpersonal, multitasking, organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail are paramount for productivity in our busy office. We offer a flexible work schedule of 20 hours per week.
