Under direct supervision, the purpose of the position is to perform school-based duties associated with front office secretarial functions and provide administrative support to the principal. Employees in this classification function at an experienced secretarial level. Prepare correspondence, answer the phone, schedule appointments and workshops, deal with incidents of varying nature and degree related to the school operations. Employees also serve as backup to other clerical positions in the front office. Duties may include processing financial and personnel related information. May act as bilingual contact, may provide support to Guidance staff, and/or Clinic Staff. Performs related work as directed.
Under direction, the purpose of the position is to daily operate an assigned school bus on an assigned transportation route for the school district. Employees in this classification are responsible for the safe transportation, loading and unloading of students to and from destinations, and ensure all bus activities support the safety and welfare of all persons. Work is performed in conjunction with bus monitoring personnel, and includes ensuring appropriate securing of students and the provision of required assistance to students with special medical needs. Performs related work as directed.
Under general direction, the purpose of the position is to maximize automotive vehicle, school bus, and automotive equipment operation through efficient repair and maintenance practices to extend the service life of each item. Employees in this classification perform intermediate to advanced mechanical repairs and rebuilds for both diesel and gasoline powered automotive vehicles and equipment, and are responsible for inspecting tasks upon completion for adherence to technical specifications and principles of safe vehicle operation. Employees in this classification may occasionally mentor/train new or less experienced technicians. Performs related work as directed.

Emphasis of the work is on diagnosing and analyzing vehicle problems and preventive maintenance; incumbents exercise judgment in referring major and/or complex service requirements to the shop garage. Emphasis of the work is on preventive maintenance, and incumbents exercise judgment in referring major and/or complex service requirements to the shop garage. Performs related work as directed.
Under general supervision, the purpose of this position is to perform district-based duties associated with processing all critical radio communication required to coordinate safe pupil transportation, reschedule and assign bus routes as required. Assign and redirect field trips as required. Serves as primary coordinator for all accidents, incidents, breakdowns, unassigned routes, medical and/or student discipline and emergencies. Employees in this classification operate a two-way radio, multi-line telephone and desk top PC to coordinate daily coverage of bus routes, and ensure compliance to district policies and procedures in a fast-paced high volume communication center. Performs related work as directed.
